Office hours:
Our Export department is closed after December 21st to January 3rd 2019 for seasonal holidays and stocktaking.

Parcel services:
Unfortunately the delivery of products that should reach you in time before the public holidays is complicated: Our parcel services (DHL, DPD) collect the last shipment on December 19th 2018 and we start shipping again January 4th 2019. Please note that all parcel services will most likely have late delivery due to high workload. Please place your order as early as possible!

Stocktaking:
Due to stocktaking we can only be reached temporarily on January 2nd + 3rd 2019 and there will be no shipping.
